Read clicks, referrals and earnings
Compare the same dates and distinguish traffic from eligible rewards.

Start with the date range
On the dashboard, select the period before comparing numbers. The chart follows that range. Switch the metric between Clicks, Referrals and Earnings. Where available, compare All and Unique clicks; repeated clicks can make All larger than Unique.
The percentage change compares with the preceding period of the same length. A quiet Today view does not mean historical earnings have disappeared.
Follow the funnel
Clicks show interest. Referrals represent attributed customer records. Conversions or sales represent the qualifying activity the program tracks. Earnings are the rewards calculated from those events. Some programs use an add-to-cart step instead of a referral step.
For link-level comparison, open Affiliate Links and compare each link’s Clicks, Referrals and Earnings. Use one stable link per channel when the program allows it.
Investigate a mismatch
Match program, date range, time zone, metric and filters before escalating. Check Rewards for approval and Payouts for payment; dashboard earnings are not a bank balance. A browser visit without a connected sale event can produce clicks without a conversion.
