Keep your account details, program onboarding and payout information distinct.

Finish only the requested steps
Open Settings → Personal Information to review your profile. Use accurate information and check the program’s onboarding checklist for any missing requirements. Social account connection is optional unless the program specifically requires it.
Profile completion, application approval and payout readiness are separate. Finishing your name and profile does not automatically approve your application or connect a payment destination.
Check the scope before saving
When you belong to several programs, check whether a change applies to this account only or to all programs. Do not copy bank, tax or invoice details across programs unless you intend to update all of them. Review the selected scope before saving.
Protect private information
Enter financial and identity information only in the official settings flow when required. Use the program’s secure upload route for any requested documents. Support messages should contain an error description and a masked account reference, not full banking details.
