Portal, roles and access
Preview the participant experience and keep business administration scoped.

Configure the participant experience
In Settings → Affiliate Portal, review the branding and participant-facing options available to the program. Check name, logo, language options, sign-up fields and visible sections. Test the published portal separately from the signed-in admin dashboard.
Use the approved DigLab logo and current brand assets. A saved custom domain still needs working DNS, HTTPS and correct program routing before you distribute it.
Give access by responsibility
Use the Team settings for business administrators and the program’s participant controls for affiliates. Agency access and program access can differ. Give each person only the permissions their job requires and verify which programs they can see.
Do not invite a user or broaden access just to make a missing menu appear. First check the intended role, feature entitlement and selected program.
Check feature availability
Custom plans, automation, API access, branding, advanced tracking and exports can depend on subscription and role. A guide describes the supported workflow; it is not an entitlement grant. If a control is absent, compare your plan and role with the administrator before changing anything.
